Blodgett SHO-100-E Description
The Blodgett SHO-100-E single full-size convection oven has a full angle iron frame with a stainless steel construction. Stainless steel doors are dependent and have dual pane, thermal glass windows to keep heat inside, while the tubular black door handles are soft and cool to the touch. It is electrically heated with three tubular heaters and has interior lights to illuminate the cooking space. Five chrome-plate racks have 11 rack positions, which are spaced 15⁄8-inches apart.
To keep heat inside the oven, the Blodgett SHO-100-E convection oven is insulated with solid mineral fiber and fiberglass. Double-sided porcelain lines the interior baking compartment, while it accommodates (5) 18-inch-by-26-inch baking pans and a temperature range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. To elevate the oven, there are (4) 25-inch stainless steel legs, and the front control panel can be removed for maintenance and service. The oven has a solid state manual control with individual knobs for the thermostat and 60-minute timer.
